This Privacy Policy explains how Indi AI Solutions ("we", "us", "the developer"),
the publisher of Word Bloom: Words & Sudoku (package name
net.technewslive.wordgarden, "the App"), accesses, collects, uses, and shares information
when you use the App. It applies together with any in-app disclosures.
The developer does not collect, transmit, or sell your personal information. We do not ask for your name, email, contacts, location, photos, or any account sign-in. Your game state (puzzle progress, garden, in-game currencies, streaks and settings) is stored locally on your device only, using Android's standard on-device storage. It never leaves your device, is not sent to us, and is removed if you uninstall the App.
The App is ad-free — it shows no advertisements and contains no advertising SDK. It does use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the game is used (such as which screens are viewed, levels and puzzles completed, and features used) so we can improve it. Firebase Analytics processes a pseudonymous app-instance identifier together with standard device and app-activity information. It does not collect your name, email, precise location, or your device Advertising ID, and we do not use it to identify you personally.
We do not sell your data. You can turn analytics off at any time inside the App under Settings → Share usage data; when it is off, no analytics data is collected. Firebase is a Google service; how Google processes this data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
The App requests only Internet and network-state access, used to send anonymous analytics. It does not request access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts, or files, and it does not use the device Advertising ID.
Aside from the anonymous analytics data processed by Google (Google Analytics for Firebase) described in Section 2, we do not share any user data with third parties. We do not sell your data, and data is encrypted in transit.
Word Bloom: Words & Sudoku is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
You can turn off usage analytics any time in the App (Settings → Share usage data), and delete all locally stored data by uninstalling the App.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
