This Privacy Policy explains how Indi AI Solutions ("we", "us", "the developer"),
the publisher of Word Bloom: Words & Sudoku (package name
net.technewslive.wordgarden, "the App"), accesses, collects, uses, and shares information
when you use the App. It applies together with any in-app disclosures.
The developer does not collect, transmit, or sell your personal information. We do not ask for your name, email, contacts, location, photos, or any account sign-in. Your game state (puzzle progress, garden, in-game currencies, streaks and settings) is stored locally on your device only, using Android's standard on-device storage. It never leaves your device, is not sent to us, and is removed if you uninstall the App.
The App is free and shows ads served through Google Ad Manager using the Google Mobile Ads SDK: a banner on the Levels and Garden screens, occasional full-screen ads between levels or when you return to the App, and optional rewarded ads that you choose to watch for an in-game bonus. No ads are shown while you are solving a puzzle. To serve, measure and frequency-cap ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect your device Advertising ID, IP address and approximate location derived from it, device and app information, and ad interactions. This data is collected and processed by Google. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, the App asks for your consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice any time under Settings → Ad privacy choices. You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of ad personalisation in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads. See how Google uses data from partner apps.
The App also uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the game is used (such as which screens are viewed, levels and puzzles completed, and features used) so we can improve it. Firebase Analytics processes a pseudonymous app-instance identifier together with standard device and app-activity information. It does not collect your name, email or precise location, and we do not use it to identify you personally.
We do not sell your data. You can turn analytics off at any time inside the App under Settings → Share usage data; when it is off, no analytics data is collected. Firebase is a Google service; how Google processes this data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
The App requests Internet and network-state access (to load ads and send analytics) and the Advertising ID permission used by the Google Mobile Ads SDK. It does not request access to your location, camera, microphone, contacts, or files.
Aside from the advertising and analytics data processed by Google (Google Ad Manager / Mobile Ads SDK, Google User Messaging Platform, and Google Analytics for Firebase) described in Section 2, we do not share any user data with third parties. We do not sell your data, and data is encrypted in transit.
Word Bloom: Words & Sudoku is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
You can turn off usage analytics any time in the App (Settings → Share usage data), manage ad consent where applicable (Settings → Ad privacy choices), reset your Advertising ID in Android Settings, and delete all locally stored data by uninstalling the App.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
